Men's Mental Health Month 2026

Why Be The Flare Campaign Matters?

Too many men are carrying stress, pressure, burnout, isolation and emotional weight without saying it out loud.

Canadian Men’s Health Foundation 2025 research found that:

  • 64% of Canadian men reported moderate-to-high stress
  • 1 in 2 Canadian men are at risk of social isolation
  • 67% have never sought professional mental health support
  • 23% may face moderate-to-severe depression

This June, MenTELL’s goal is to help reach 1 million Canadians through real stories, real conversations and real connection during Men’s Mental Health Month Canada 2026.

We believe even small conversations can change someone’s direction more than we realize.

If you are even 1% better today, share something that helped you get there because it may help someone else too.
